Return and refund policy
Order must be fully paid when ordering. We will not hand out products in case of partial payment.
We do not accept returns for these items due to the nature of them. If you are unhappy, unsatisfied or if the product is defective please use the Contact Us form to get in touch with us. You will need to supply your order number when submitting the form. Please include any pictures of the item as part of the submission, if it is applicable. Our team will review your submission and we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement item.

If your case is approved then you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the item(s) in review/ submitted. It may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show up in your bank account. If you have still not received a refund after 5 business working days, please get in touch with the team on SJD-ContactUs@soubor-apps.com and use your order number in the subject line.

Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal may not apply for certain perishable products in accordance with relevant local legislation or regulation.
Hence the client will not have any right of withdrawal to the order once it is processed. Refunds will only be done if required by law or regulation or at the disgression of the support staff.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on sale items or gift cards or vouchers.
